Ever since I found out of this Dolly Wink Eyeliner, I stopped searching
for another eyeliner. This is because i'm really love dolly wink brand .GIF)

Although I do not use this on my bottom eyelid because its liquid, I
would sometimes use it to just to outer corner my bottom eyelid.
Previously, i have the eyeliner in old packaging one last year and they
were super easy to use but i forgot to close it and lastly the ink dry

The tip is very thin and soft so it allows you to draw extremely thin lines which are perfect. Especially when you're drawing a line underneath your eyes. I think this is one of the reasons why Dolly Wink liquid eyeliners are so popular
. Oh y, Make sure you store them with the brush end pointing downwards so that the ink won't dry out.
